The DarkBox Security Advisor is an automated assistant. It is not a person, and conversations with it are not monitored in real time by security staff.

In its current phase, the Advisor answers from a curated DarkBox knowledge base covering services, compliance support, and general security guidance. It surfaces the source of each answer and declines topics outside that scope rather than speculating.

The Advisor does not access your systems, evaluate your environment, or produce findings about your organization. It cannot confirm whether you have been breached.

It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it does not open an incident. Active incidents must be reported by phone or through the incident report form.

Where generative models are used to assist responses, DarkBox restricts them to approved reference material, reviews the knowledge base that grounds them, and requires human confirmation before any recommendation becomes an engagement deliverable.

Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information into the Advisor. Treat it as an unsecured channel.
